We worked with GraphicMakers for our takeout menus and a big direct-mail blast for our brand-new pizzeria, and we’re honestly thrilled with how everything turned out.
First, the menu they created was extremely well put together. The layout is clean and smart, and it’s organized in a way that makes it easy for customers to find exactly what they want without getting lost. We’ve gotten a lot of compliments on how good the menu looks and how professional it feels.
Even more importantly, the direct mailing campaign they ran for us was a game-changer. About two weeks after we opened, we mailed out roughly 20,000 menus. The results were incredible. Over the next two weeks, we picked up somewhere around 700 to 1,000 new customers. It really helped our business start pumping fast, and we couldn’t be happier with the response.

We had just opened our new pizzeria a few days ago and didn’t have menus ready. Suddenly, Graphic Makers called us offering their services—and it couldn’t have come at a better time! We explained that we needed the menus quickly, and they put together a plan to design them, proof them, approve them, and print everything within 48 hours.
We started on Wednesday, and by Friday the menus were already ready for pickup. They even offered to deliver them on Saturday if we couldn’t make it. The design turned out excellent, the print quality was perfect, and they were able to do a small run of a few hundred copies so we could get started right away. When we’re ready for a larger print run, we will definitely return to them.
